RECENT PROJECT: Sgraffito for HR Day at Nyosi Wildlife Reserve
Art Muse Collective facilitated a large-scale Sgraffito Art Workshop at Nyosi Wildlife Reserve for a client in the automotive industry. As part of their HR Conference, 92 participants took part in an immersive creative experience designed around the theme of biodiversity and transformation.
Each participant began by creating an individual sgraffito tile, exploring their own creativity, strengths, and unique contribution. They then rotated to work collectively on shared art pieces – symbolising teamwork, collaboration, and a united vision. The result was a collection of large-scale collaborative artworks, reflecting both the individuality and collective strength of the group. These pieces can later be displayed as centre artworks in offices, lobbies, or coffee tables, serving as lasting reminders of their shared creative journey.
The medium of sgraffito itself became a powerful metaphor for the event’s theme. In sgraffito, you cannot erase a line — but you can change it. This concept invited participants to reflect on how, just like in business or nature, the past cannot be undone, but new paths can always be created through teamwork, adaptability, and vision.
The experience perfectly blended creativity, learning, and connection – showing how art and metaphor can unlock new ways of thinking, strengthen team bonds, and inspire a shared sense of purpose.
RECENT PROJECT: Intuitive Landscapes with Kouga Municipality
On 13 March 2026 had the privilege of hosting Kouga Municipality’s Media & Communications Department for a creative team-building experience. Participants were invited to paint intuitive landscapes on ceramic plates – many of them picking up a brush for the very first time. What made this workshop so meaningful was the balance between the individual and the collective: each person created their own unique plate, while simultaneously contributing to a shared triptych that the team can display in their office as a lasting reminder of the day they spent together. Kouga Municipality chose to close out their strategic session with this creative experience, giving their staff the gift of self-expression and the chance to discover something new about themselves.
